Schema notes:
- `reset.cycle`: monthly | weekly | daily | rolling | multiple | none
- `reset.reset_time` is null wherever the vendor publishes NO official clock time.
  null means "not published" -- do not invent a time.
- `reset.officially_published`: whether the reset schedule is officially documented.
- `last_verified`: date this platform's facts were last checked (YYYY-MM-DD).
- `rollover`: whether unused quota rolls over (false / true / null when not applicable).

## Rules for AI consumers

- Never invent a reset time. If `officially_published` is false, say so explicitly.
- Recheck `updated_at` / `last_verified` before caching; vendor policies change.
- For per-user countdowns (e.g. Midjourney renewal date), ask the user for their own renewal datetime.
